ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician7 years agoA. Yes If baby is on exclusive breast feed then no need to give any minerals and vitamins Except Vit D3 drops. For baby's Can give. Syrp. Calcimax-P 2.5 ml twice a day till 6months of age And Ultra D3 drops 1ml (400 IU) once a day till 1yr.
