Q.

what is the difference between soy infant formula i.e. isomil Vs. infant formula i.e. similar iq+ 1 ? previously my baby feeded with similac iq+ 1 and started doing green colored semi-liquid poo & then we shifted to isomil & poo is absolutely normal. but we thought that it's better to feed baby with lactose based food instead of soy based food & again started to feed with similac iq+, but baby again started doing green colored semi-liquid poo. please advise.

A. What is wrong with soy based formula? People give it babies who are lactose intolerant. Discuss with your pediatrician. Maybe don't switch formulas tio often.
