what is the difference between sinarest and sinarest Af?? during cough time which one should be give to baby

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children5 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 2 months old and if he is having a cold and fever then give him sinarest drops and if he has only cold then sinarest af but if he has coughs then give him syrup chericof 1 ml three times a day

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl5 years agoA. hi please don't self medicate your child always consult your pediatrician before giving any type of medicines to your child. please keep Breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs,it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infections. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes use nasal saline drops for blocked nose provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day apply baby rub on your child's chest and back maintain good hygiene
