Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children7 years agoA. Creams have higher oil content than lotion. So they can be used to keep the skin well nourished and hydrated in dry and cold climate. You can use cream for baby face and other joints, knees, elbows, ankles etc and whichever part is very dry. You can use lotion for the whole body.
