what is the difference between regular DTP vaccine and painless DTP vaccine ? which one should I go for my baby ? #Vaccination

Dr Vinay kulkarniFather of 2 children7 years agoA. Regular DTP is having whole cell pertussis component. Painless DTP is having acellular type if pertussis vaccine component. painless vaccine is little costlier. So if you are comfortable with cost Matter you can opt for painless vaccine. Both vaccine are having similar results.

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children7 years agoA. Painless vaccines will reduce the fever and pain post vaccination. However there will be pain during vaccination. Both painless and normal vaccines are effective. Only that painless vaccines will cost more.
