What is the difference between Gripe Water and Coloc drops? Which one should we give to the baby, gripe or Colic drops regularly?

A. colic drops are allopathic preparation given for colic should be given only on doctor's prescription. gripe water are over-the-counter preparations available these are not at all advisable. it is unnecessary can even be dangerous it can cause infection to the baby. many of them contain alcohol and opium like substances. best practice is to burp baby after every feed, give tummy time to baby and do cycling exercises
