Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy6 years agoA. Hello dear parent!! Both are similar but have a difference in concentration and composition. Drops are mostly given for infants where as syrup is for kids. Dosages depends on the age and weight of the child. Avoid giving self medication. Consult your child’s doctor for advice. Good luck and take care.
