A. A six year old girl should be fed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk, coconut water, etc. Include foods like oatmeal with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, chicken and fish curry with rice, dalia, khichdi, mixed vegetable soup, veg sandwich, boiled egg, omelette, toast, veg cutlet, etc.
