gastroesophageal reflux disease also known as g e r d is very common problem in small children less than 6 months of age and it does not have any permanent treatment and the problem decreases with increasing age of the child and the important thing is that you have to keep the child in upright position for more duration for which gerd chairs are available and at the same time you have to continue and tested medicines given by the doctor.
reflux is very common cause of recurrent cough cold as well as not gaining weight in infants.

Back sleeping is the best way to reduce the risk of SIDS and is the recommended position until babies can roll over fully on their own―even for babies with reflux.
