then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd.

Tgen go gor mashed banana, Thrn purees like apple, pear, avacado etc and in vegetables u can give peas, cartit, pumpkin purees, mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes Avoid using salt or sugar until the baby is one year old. Always follow the two day gap rule between introducing new foods
