Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good evening!! Post partum hairfall happens due to harmonal changes, low Haemoglobin,less sleep, stress.
To overcome this have balanced diet with calcium, iron, protein foods,more water.
Leafy vegetables, fruits and vegetables,dry fruits and nuts, egg, meat, flaxseeds,dal, sweet potato.
Do scalp massage with warm oil (castor oil helps in controlling hairfall)
