ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician3 years agoA. hello best to give is paracetamol syo and ot can be repeated after 6 hours if needed for fever tap water sponging can be done and give plenty of fluids to the baby.

What kind of syrup and you talking about shrubs are not given randomly to the child there has to be some problem or some issue the joint Tu Shun kindly please give me a clarification on that as on that basis only I will be able to give you a proper solution to your problem
