A. hi as it can be result of dehydration I would suggest to give plenty of fluids to your child you may use Babyhug lip balm over it ,it keeps the skin well moisturised and you may use cucumber slices ,hold cucumber slices on chapped lips for few minutes ,the freshness and cooling property of cucumber help to cure this
