Q.

what is the best position to breastfeed baby? please guide me as I think am doing something wrong while feeding as I feel pain in my nipples..can this be because of nipple soreness??

A. Hello mom one of the best position is the cradle position .. but would share an image of other ways you can opt as per your convince as well . Nipple pain does occur as the nipple is a very sensitive part of the body and now it is in much use . So massage your breast well and apply some warm ghee or coconut oil on the nipple regularly to keep it soft

Q. my baby is 4 months 10 days old ..the main concern is our pediatrician told that we should not give feeding (breastfeeding) in sleeping position.(.as one child has suffocated going milk into lungs and went wrong, for some person in their hospital )well since then for my baby I'm feeding in only sitting position...and it is getting help difficult during night times as m unable to sleep peacefully as m getting disturbed sleep.baby is not allowing to feed bottle..he is vomiting everytime we feed lactogen with bottle...hence it's the only way s feeding self..I once tried feeding HIM SLEEPING ( LYING ) POSITION..HE coughed..from then m scared like hell.even now m giving n sitting position..please please guide me ..any suggestions?
