A. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients. one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth. any kind of infection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and treated which may haggmper the growth otherwise. after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

A. hello....there are many health drinks available in the market..like pediasure ..It is always advisable to offer a range of healthy foods which means you give variety and all food types...never give only one food type..like include proteins fats various vitamins....healthy options include fresh vegetables (all )and fruits, dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheeses , paneer) or dairy substitutes, lean proteins (beans, chicken,, eggs), and whole-grain cereals and breads with roti n rice n ragi porridge or oats everyday...
