Q.

what is the best night food for 6 month baby.. i think night he didnt get enough milk..can please suggest one food for before sleep

A. Hello mom as the baby is getting used to solids you can gradually increase his number of meals as such , best would be filling meals so that baby does not feel hungry for a longer duration such as porridge would be ideal such as ragi or multigrain mix
