NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello make sure to give plenty of fluids which is important and include fibre rich food in the diet and also coconut water on a daily basis is also helpfull and fruits especially banana and papaya will also help to get relief from the constipation and inturn will help to have a regular bowel
