shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom Now your baby is more than one year old so you can add outside milk in babies regular diet plan. So if you want then you can start giving cows milk to your baby. It is totally safe to start giving cows milk. Rather than this baby should take at least 482 a day to maintain a diet chat according to that. Happy parenting
