Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. this can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes and temperature variations around the child. for cold you can give syp maxtra 2.5 ml to the child 2 times per day. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal blockage annd simple cough and cold. indirect steam will also help. go for home remedies like tulsi ginger diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. give warm water to drink if no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

Sinarist One ML twice a day if your child is one year complete than 1.5 ML twice a day for three days I am having irritation in the year you will have to get a check with an ENT doctor ones and according to the situation only the correct drops can be suggested
