Uma RamMom of 2 children5 days agoA. Hello good morning !! As the baby is 7 months old give semi solid foods twice a day mid morning and evening .
Cerelac ,fruit and vegetable puriee ,mashes ,
porridges with oats,sooji ,rice ,dalia ,idly are suggested with plain taste use ghee .
Avoid sugar,salt,oil,honey while preparing baby foods.
