Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi...At 9 mnths strt giving him food wat u eat.give four meals in a day like breakfast, lunch evening snacks n dinner. milk atleast 3-4 times a day.
give ragi/wheat/oats porridge with dryfruit powder n dates for breakfast, veg soup/dal khichdi/veg khichdi/roti /ghee rice for lunch, evening give fruit/sheera/suji kheer/cerelac (sometimes) pancake n dinner give dal khichdi or oats n ragi porridge with dryfruit.
