what is the best diet plan for our health

A. Eat a variety of vegetables of different colours. Eat legumes such as beans and peas. Eat mostly whole fruits. Eat protein foods such as lean meats and poultry, fish and seafood, soy products, nuts and seeds. Eat grains, atleast half of which are whole grains. Eat unsweetened dairy products such as milk, yoghurt and cheese. Eat healthy fats such as olive oil, olives, avocados etc.
