Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. generally experts will not recommend to give any food items or another liquid till 6 months of age , you can start post completing 6 months, start with daal water (no mashed daal inside), give mashed boiled apple puree, mashed banana ,mashed boiled carrots etc
