ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom a diet which basically comparises of all food groups and appropriate amounts is called as a balanced diet. so cereals and millets , pulses and legumes , dairy , nonveg if preffered , ghee , seasonal fruits & vegetables , dry fruits & nuts.
