Anand PhilipFather of a 8 yr 7 m old boy7 years agoA. 3 months onwards is fine as long as the Kid sits and travels. They will get used to it and will love iteventually after little tears and complaining My 15 month old son started using car baby seats since he was 10 months old only, which is not good as making baby sit on baby seat is the basic safety we should give the child, holding child in the hands while travelling is not logical if we think hard. Sharing my thoughts only. Safety first

Once your child exceeds the height and weight limit of his infant car seat, purchase a convertible car seat with a higher height or weight limit (most go to 35 pounds rear-facing) and continue to use it rear-facing until age two, or until your child hits the height or weight limit for rear-facing use.
