Hello You can give 3 to 4 meals a day 3 meals can be from recipes like dal rice ghee, khichadi ghee, upma, sheera, idli sambar, vegetable chilla, thalipeeth, puranpoli, dhokla, thepla paneer paratha with curd 1 or 2 recipes can be Vegetables soup. boiled egg, chicken soup, fruit smoothie banana milkshake
