Q.

what is right time or after how many months we can feed baby with outside milk , if baby is already is feed by mother milk? which is better buffalo or cow milk ?

A. Cow's milk should be given to the baby only after completion of 1 year of age because the protein and fat in cow's milk is hard to digest before that and many a times there could be cow's milk protein allergy in babies and lactose intolerance which could be severe sometimes. Also early introduction of cows milk can lead to iron deficiency anemia as cow's milk lacks iron and vit c . Also there could be micro bleeding in intestine because of the heavy protein of cow's milk . soTo start with cow's milk should be given than gradually you can shift to buffalo milk or a packet milk which is a mixture of two .

A. After six months you can go ahead with giving formula feeding a tone pasteurised milk to the child and any kind of animal milk can be given to the child after the age of 13 months basically formula feeding can be given from the day one but any other milk after the age of 6 to 12 monthsWrite Your Answer Here
