A. if your question is "how to reduce sugar ?" then the ans for your question is : increase your fiber intake do some simple exercise if possible drink lots of water 💧😋 and stay hydrated Don't take stress not good for a new mother stay happy 🤗 keep monitoring your sugar level don't eat large meal better to eat it in parts... if you are a feeding mother then eating fruits will help but don't stop your food intake. but it also depends on the high or the low sugar.... so please elaborate your question.
