ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist7 years agoA. Ragi is a millet like Bajra Jowar. it is a nutritious grain having good amount of calcium, iron, B vitamins, fibre. it makes excellent porridge, a good first food for baby. you can even make dosa and added to wheat flour while making chapatis.
