SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, since your baby has completed one year you can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home. Make sure to give home-made food until the completion of three years which is good for baby’s growth and immunity.
8 AM-ragi porridge
11 AM-fruits with dry fruit powder and honey
1 p.m-rice and Sambar and vegetable fry and curd rice
4 PM-any fruit juice or milkshakes or soup
7 p.m-Idli, Upma, Dosa. you can give buttermilk, fresh fruit juice, soup, coconut water, water, milkshakes. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, veggies, fruits in a week.Use jaggery instead of sugar. Make sure not to give milk more than 250 ML in a day. Solid food is best for baby after one year. Since you’ll be giving other liquids like milkshake, fruit juice all this will be considered as liquid form.Write Your Answer Here
