ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. these are final and boosting doses to provide total immunity. it's an optional vaccine but better to give if possible. as prevention is always better than cure. follow and Maintain your vaçcination chart properly. make sure you consult with your doctor for the same.

Hello dear One is to prevent polio and another one is for better immune system..so both should be given in order to protect baby from the infections and to prevent polio..So don’t miss any vaccination which is listed in vaccination chart
