what is mean by tummy time?

A. Hello good morning !! Tummy time means massaging and making baby sleep on his Tummy like roll over position and leave for 5-10minutes . It helps in holding neck,head, Crawling... But one month is too young as baby couldn't hold neck at present so after 2-3 months once baby starts roll over trying to hold head you can give regular Tummy time for holding neck properly .
