ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist6 years agoA. In ultrasound the maturity of the baby is also measured by checking the maturity of the placenta. Around 36 weeks your placenta should be grade 3 maturity. Posterior means the location of the placenta is on the posterior part of the uterus.
