What is foremilk and hindmilk ? Why is foremilk unhealthy for babies ?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. Foremilk is the initial feed of the breast and it us watery in nature and hind milk is the later part of the feed and it us full of fat. Foremilk is not at all unhealthy as it us watery and fulfil Water requirement of the baby.
