what is different between spout &sipper?

Usually when you say spout the nipple into that slipper is going to be really thick and hard that’s what it is and this it is also a sipper only just the nipple is different that is why it is called a spouse and regular sipper can have a thinner nipple also are more like a silicon based one ela
