What is difference between oats & barley ?

A. oats and Barley both are cereal grains. both are nutritious good in fibre content. oats also has good content of Omega 3 fats Barley is grown in India where as oats is not indigenous to India not grown in India. both oats and Barley are used to prepare porridge also incorporated in recipes after making a flour
