what is difference between cold pressed virgin coconut oil and virgin coconut oil..and which is one best in summer for baby massage..

massage mainly increases bonding between you and baby.
gives comfort to baby. soothing, relaxing for both of you.

one is made with applying heat and another one is made without applying heat.
they say cold pressed is good as it has its nutrition intact.
you can use cold pressed coconut oil for massaging also you can use normal coconut oil also for massaging.
