Dt Ritu PuriGuardian of a 8 yr 8 m old girl7 years agoA. Cerelac is nothing but weaning food for baby. It comes in different flavors. Ideally speaking rather than using market based cerelac go for home made cerelac like rice dal powder cerelac, ragi malt, roasted oats cerelac. etc.

PreranaMom of a 12 yr 5 m old girl7 years agoA. You cam make at home to like Take rice, wheat, ragi, moong dal in equal amounts. Wash and sundry. Roast the mixture in a skillet and then grind it. Keep it in an airtight container. This is a highly nutritious mix for the baby. Once your baby has started to tolerate liquids, take one spoonful of this mixture and boil it in water. Cool it down and offer to your baby. You can also add a spoonful of this mixture to your khichdipreparations or to other veggies.
