Q.
what is best to lighten the stretch marks after delivery. Used bio oil but doesn't seems to be working. Which cream is best to fade it out.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. stretch marks because of break down of subcutaneous elastic tissue they will not disappear totally they can fade away to some extent in course of time simply apply coconut oil

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Wash hands often
