U Definitely give it to the child at any point of time wasters to go for breakfast of course but you can give it for lunch and dinner also but breakfast would be the best time because it is heavy and healthy so it can be digested through the day and for your daughter let her complete the age of nine months after that you can introduce a Gallo to the baby
