A. Mout powder is a very good laxative that you can use for your child but along with that it is going to be very important to focus upon a healthy diet which should include plenty of fibres and fluids along with that you should apply some castor oil in the navel before sleeping and start the day with a glass of warm water you should make your child sit in Malaasan if you practice that every day the constipation will start eliminating slowly
