Seema shekharMom of 2 children3 years agoA. when nutrients take in right amount is called balance diet since your child more than one year so start giving 3 complete meal which include cereals vegetable in puslses add little bit ghee and butter in his diet 2 ti 3 type of fruits daily and milk intake will be not more than 875 ml.
