Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 11 m old boy5 years agoA. your body is natural fever reducer and by taking plenty of water as well as flu its that also will help in decreasing the fever but when the fever touches 100 or more it is advisable to give paracetamol to the child

Hello ma’am The only thing that you can use it to do Thanda Pani ki patti on to the forehead or behind the knees of your child as that is the most natural and the most common home remedy people use other than that it is mostly recommended to go for paracetamol or any other medicine that your doctor must have prescribed you at any point of time
