What if my child is not eating solid food yet..? How to give poha

A. hi parent start witb some semi solids please give her some fluid along wjtg it please use probiotics or soups to offer thr ssme take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky use simply purified water having tds higher than 450
