what if a baby of 5 months old falls from the bed n hits her head on the ground, but we are unaware of the exact position of Hurt, what should be the immediate action to be taken?

As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine 6 to 8 times in a day, showing no discomfort symptoms like fever or vomit then nothing to worry. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice,
