Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd.
Later mashed paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give 2 to 3 meals a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.

Sir Your age child age as per your caption says that your child is only five months old as of now so let your child complete the age of six months after that only you can start giving any kind of semisolid food to the child so once your child completes the age that’s when we can assist you with the right food that you should be introducing
