A. Hi Try to include 5 meals a day comprising of recipes like rice dal, khichadi , chapati dal, upma, sheera porridge, Vegetables soup, fruit smoothie, boiled egg, boiled potato, fruit smoothie.

A. Hello dear mommy! You can start giving your baby all the homemade foods that you daily prepare for your family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the daily diet. Avoid outside foods. Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Good luck and take care.
