Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello Before 6 months breastmilk is the best nutrition for the baby. it provides immunity boosting for the baby. Also other foods may not digest as good as mother's milk. hence when you give some other food, baby is compromising on Nutrients that mother's milk can give . so best is to start top up foods only after 6 months
