you must visit your pediatrician for this
because ,it is hard to judge anything from photo.
to cure or soothe it ,I advise to apply thin layer of baby soothing Calamine lotion on it
choose loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child.
avoid using any cosmetics
keep your child in well vantileted room.
