what fruits can I give to my 6 month 2 weeks old baby and what should I avoid and same to vegetables??

A. You can start with banana or steamed apple and later introduce other fruits and give liquids abd semi woods to the baby and introduce one food at a time and keep feeding the baby abd gourd family vegetables can ge started as they are light to digest

A. Give veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkinsweet potatoes, okra, bottle gaurd, peas, squashi, yam, green banana. Give fruits such as apple, pear, banana, plum, peach, chikoo, papaya, apricot , banana, and avocado. avoid citrus fruits

You can give all kind of fruits and vegetables to the child after completing the age of six months it’s very important that you check the age of child has to be absolutely six months complete after that you can go ahead with giving all kind of food that you want do there is no restriction in any kind of food when it is seasonal or exotic to be given to theWrite Your Answer Here
